Use this Quick checklist - together with the Convince colleagues presentation and
overview of Inspiring Learning for All and the Summary of outcomes and processes- as part of an introductory and interactive session for colleagues, partners and stakeholders.

It will give you an overview of

  • Your current strengths and where you would like to improve
  • An idea of where perceptions of strengths and areas for improvement differ
  • New areas of work that you would like to develop
  • Where you need to concentrate your effort for more detailed assessment

We strongly advise you to work through this checklist with your team, colleagues and/or partners. This is not just a tick box exercise. It will help to familiarise you with the framework and stimulate discussion. You can download this as a Word document or PDF file.

When you have done this, go to next page for the detailed checklists.
