- Agree your shared aims - Why are you introducing Inspiring Learning for All? What overall changes and improvements would you hope to see as a result?
- Discuss what you mean by learning and how you might interpret this vision of learning in the framework
- Try a quick audit of your whole service across the four key principles, People; Places; Partnerships; Policies, Plans, Performance
- Decide what you want to achieve and how you will proceed. You may decide to focus on one of the four principles
- Set a realistic timescale and specific outcomes to help you evaluate your progress
