Before you start, it is important that you discuss and agree what you hope to achieve with Inspiring Learning for All

  • Agree your shared aims - Why are you introducing Inspiring Learning for All? What overall changes and improvements would you hope to see as a result?
  • Discuss what you mean by learning and how you might interpret this vision of learning in the framework
  • Try a quick audit of your whole service across the four key principles, People; Places; Partnerships; Policies, Plans, Performance

  • Set a realistic timescale and specific outcomes to help you evaluate your progress
