With internal target groups consider:
- Visits to or from institutions who have developed a successful and proactive policy to support learning
- Presentations to staff meetings, boards of governance, senior management teams coinciding with promotional days
- Involving staff from other departments within the organisation in making the case
- Demonstrating how learning in your institution will deliver the core corporate priorities
- Using a variety of media - including video and recorded interviews - in making your case
- Demonstrating how learning meets community needs
